: Counter Sales Manager

Location: Bada Bazar, Kolkata
Industry: Saree or Similar Industry

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Counter Sales Manager with 10-15+ years of expertise in the saree or similar textile industry. The ideal candidate will present catalogs to key clients, manage order bookings, and lead a large sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showcase product catalogs to high-profile clients and secure bulk orders.
• Manage and oversee counter sales operations efficiently.
• Handle client queries, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and supervise a sales team of over 50 people.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve them.
• Ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
• Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales and team performance to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in counter sales, preferably in the saree or textile industry.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and motivating large teams (50+ people).
• Client Relations: Strong track record of handling big clients and closing high-value orders.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Organization: Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Salary:

• Up to ?60,000 per month
