We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Small Town Talks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, generating leads, and driving sales through effective communication and networking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Identify potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management, outlining performance and insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or performance marketing agency.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and market awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
