Key Responsibilities
• Sales and Business Development :
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in lubricant oils, base oils, chemicals, and polymers markets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
• Client Management :
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential and existing clients.
• Market Analysis :
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Sales Reporting :
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
