Duties & Responsibilities
1. Drive ERP sales and benchmark results every week based on monthly targets. Identifies sales revenue trends by client and portfolio.
2. Regular Lead Generation and ensure growing business funnel.
3. Tapping potential prospects and give product presentations to top management and their team. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
4. Prepare Competitor analysis and track movements of competition in various cities.
5. Work closely with Pre-sales team during ERP sales process.
6. Drive Commercial discussions and closure.
7. Evolve new schemes to grow business and push sales with prospects.
8. Build strong PR with customers and get references for new business.
9. Meet the monthly revenue target as defined.
10. Build business relationship with decision makers to win new accounts.
11. Do minimum 3 to 4 relevant meetings per day.
12. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new real estate builder clients and adding new projects.
13. Work closely with the data mining team to identify high-potential leads, qualify them effectively, and prioritize follow-ups.
14. Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
15. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Job Specification
Education Qualification ( Mandatory) - MBA/BBA in Sales/Marketing
Year of Relevant Experience
4-7 Yrs
Special Knowledge / skills required for the role -
Exp. In selling ERP system, mobile applications, ideally with experience in selling software in real estate vertical.
