Job Summary

Printbrix is seeking a confident and results-driven Sales and Marketing specialist with at least 2 years of experience . The role involves leading sales efforts, generating high-quality leads, and building strong relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to meet sales targets, an in-depth understanding of B2B sales cycles, and the confidence to represent the company in high-stakes interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate leads within the corporate sector through research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential B2B clients for branding and printing solutions.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the B2B segment.
• Present Printbrix's services confidently and persuasively to decision-makers.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Address client needs effectively, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Target Achievement and Reporting:
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide detailed sales reports, including lead conversion rates and revenue growth metrics, to senior management.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns aimed at B2B client acquisition.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to customize solutions for clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
• Strong confidence in client interactions and presentations.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with the printing and branding industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?52,519.93 per month
