Position: Sales Manager
Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and company goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues related to sales.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to drive sales.
• Knowledge of the local market in Kanpur is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
