We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for motivating and developing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and exceeding company targets.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Set individual and team sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and implement performance improvement strategies.
• Coach and support your sales representatives in negotiating the best possible terms for our clients, considering factors like price, closing costs, contingencies, and repair requests.
• Anticipate potential roadblocks during negotiations and closings, develop solutions to overcome them, and ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
• rack team performance throughout the negotiation and closing stages, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize the number of successful real estate deals closed.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady stream of leads.
• Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential and celebrate successes.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum [2-5 years] of experience in real estate sales management with a proven track record of success.
