As a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, using various platforms including phone calls, emails, and e-commerce sites to effectively reach customers.

Position: Sales Manager (Experience Minimum of 3 years)
Location: Hyderabad
CTC: 5-10 Lakhs per annum (Fixed Component: 70% of CTC ; Incentives: 30%)
Key responsibilities:
? Sell Infimobile's cell phone plans to customers in USA via various sales methods
? Build market position by selling through ecommerce platforms, social media listings, trust badges listings
? Create engaging descriptions and product titles & sales content to attract customers
? Regularly stay up to date with ongoing offers and work with Digital Marketing team to create email templates for attracting new customers and upselling existing customers
? Meet monthly KPIs & exceed monthly / quarterly targets
? Deliver persuasive sales pitches, understanding customer needs and offering solutions that align with our products.
? Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions, transactions, and opportunities with their current status.
? Monitor & respond to customer queries on chat processes & listing platforms
? Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality workmanship
Qualifications:
? Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
? Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
? Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
? Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
? Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
