Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate new markets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Sales Team Management:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide training, mentoring, and support to enhance the sales team's performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans for team members.
Sales Operations:
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
Marketing and Promotional Activities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Use market insights to develop effective sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transport or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
