We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the empty cosmetic packaging market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry, a passion for innovative packaging solutions, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients in the cosmetic and personal care industry.
• Understand client needs and provide customized empty cosmetic packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with product development and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close profitable deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the cosmetic packaging or related industry.
• Strong network within the cosmetics and personal care market is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
