Hiring for sales manager for our Business development team:
As a Business Development Professional, you will be connecting the potential prospects globally, build relationships and convert them to business clients. You will be validating the leads, qualifying the inquiries and convert them.
Experience: 2-4+ years
Responsibilities:
• Work with Client Relationships, Sales, Payments for IT and ITES Services.
• Work in Social media, Email and Telephony across time zones to connect with clients.
• Understand the IT products and services, prepare business proposals.
• Resolve client conflicts and diplomatically resolve for a smoother relationship.
• Take part in marketing brainstorming and conduct campaigns.
• Maintain CRM channel data accurately.
• Become accountable and maintain a steady monthly sales inflow.
• Energetic and be an effective player across the teams to get the job done.
Required Skills:
• Excellent written, verbal English communication skills are necessary.
• Strong interpersonal & customer relationship skills.
• Possess sales know-hows.
• Confident with effective Presentation and Business Emails.
• Experience in Marketing, Email and Social Media Campaigns.
• Punctual and committed with excellent time management skills.
• Creative solution provider in nature.
• Ability to work across time zones.
• Good negotiation skills with the ability to re-open lost deals.
• Self-motivated to work with targets and goals.
• Documentation Skills.
