Position Overview

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the overall success of the real estate office. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and developing marketing strategies to attract new clients and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure agents meet or exceed goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and generate leads.
• Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure agents provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients regularly.
• Administrative and Operational Duties:
• Prepare and manage budgets for the sales department.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of sales reports and present them to senior management.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Network with industry professionals and attend relevant events to promote the company.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.

Additional Requirements

• Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Travel: Occasional travel may be required for business development and networking events.
• Hours: Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs and support the sales team.

Compensation

• Salary: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses and commissions.
