Position: Sales Manager/Agent
Location - Chennai (Hybrid- Work from Home and on site)
What We Do: We perform full engine restorations, hospital & surgical repairs, piece parts and module repairs, engine trading, and field service support anywhere in the world, providing unmatched response times and extraordinary customer service. We are a high-performance FAA 145 / EASA Certified Repair Station and a CASE registered organization.
What You Will Do: The Sales Manager/agent will be responsible for material stock analysis, pricing, negotiating and selling aircraft parts to the aviation industry.
- Manage day-to-day execution of the sales function.
- Analyze market and delivery conditions to advise business managers of sales strategies.
- Perform product analysis based on market condition for sales opportunities.
- Perform buyer risk assessments.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Enhance sales process and system robustness by proposing, implementing, and standardizing best practices.
- Promote knowledge sharing including lessons learned, best practice, and other benchmarking.
- Develop sales strategies, partner with buyers/suppliers/distributors and negotiate discounts.
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Minimum five (2-5) years of sales experience is required in a fast paced manufacturing environment Or equivalent combination of education and experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have experience with CFM engines product line

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?750,000.00 per month
