• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports for management.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing and service departments to enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.

•Qualifications: •

• Graduate/Mechanical/ Automobile field.
• Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.

•Other Criteria: •

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler and a driver's license.
