Requirements:

Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in the food industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Customer-focused with a passion for quality and service.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Develop and implement retail sales strategies to meet company goals.

Manage and motivate a team of sales associates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to optimize strategies.

Being a liaison between the distributors/retailers by taking full responsibility and closely monitoring the payments for all the stock and update the accounts

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?50,000.00 per month
