Position: Real Estate Sales Manager
Location: [Nagpur Maharashtra]
Reports To: [Sales Director]

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, team leadership, and a strong understanding of the market to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Set performance goals and track sales metrics for individual agents and the team.
• Provide regular coaching and training to the sales team to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
• Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
• Address client concerns, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Promote a high standard of professionalism in customer interactions.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales and rentals.
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and assess competitors.
• Work with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor sales progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
• Property Listings & Transactions:
• Oversee property listings, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and marketed effectively.
• Facilitate negotiations, contracts, and transactions from initial inquiry to closing.
• Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Reporting & Administration:
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, NMRDA, and all other real estate regulations.
• Networking & Business Development:
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and expand the company's business.
• Identify and develop relationships with new developers, investors, and other stakeholders in the real estate market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Fresher Can Applied.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including RERA and NMRDA regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ?13,332.53 - ?54,663.23 per month
