The company has a large portfolio of commercial and residentialdevelopments in Thane. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will beresponsible for managing key accounts of channel partners, identifying new business opportunities andachieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, deliveringpresentations.Responsibilities: Only candidates with experience in real estate may apply for this position.Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through variouschannels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Understand clients\' real estate needs and provide tailored pre-salesconsultation with effectively showcasing the unique selling points of thereal estate projects. Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potentialcustomers, and following up on leads.Achieve sales operational objectives through approved methods (ChannelPartner and Direct Sales).Build a robust pipeline of Channel partners, tapping into existingdatabases, and exploring new channels for potential clients.Contribute strategic insights to marketing and sales plans.Enhance product marketability and profitability by identifying andcapitalizing on market opportunities.Execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive marketdevelopment.Conceptualize, plan, and implement engaging sales promotion activities.Collaborate with channel partners to develop communication plansaligned with specific sales objectives.Ensure that all leads and follow ups are recorded in Strategic ERP andweekly reports & productivity records are shared with the Directors.Explores new opportunities in Direct Sales on site.Requisite Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey our brand message.Outstanding negotiation skills to close deals successfully.Graduate/MBA with a strong academic background.Thane, central and suburbs experience is preferred.Experience in real estate or property sales is a must.Ability to work effectively in a team and independentlyStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesEducation: B.com, MBA in Marketing & SalesRelevant Experience: Real estateCTC per annum: Total Experience: 2 to 3 yearsWill travel?
