Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand market share. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Performance Management: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure KPIs are met. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and industry stakeholders. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and oversee the closing of real estate transactions. Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
