Job Title: Sales Manager (Real Estate) Location: Vikhroli Experience: 4-8 years Job Summary: The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals to drive property sales, achieve revenue targets, and expand market presence. They will develop sales strategies, train and mentor the sales team, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and growth. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand market share. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Performance Management: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure KPIs are met. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and industry stakeholders. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and oversee the closing of real estate transactions. Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales initiatives. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 35,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Schedule:

Experience:
