JOB TITLE: SALES MANAGER

Location: LUDHIANA, PUNJAB

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the vibrant real estate market of Ludhiana, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales meetings and guided tours with property dealers, prospective clients, developers and investors.
• Manage and oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to the senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role in the Punjab real estate market
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of closing deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop sales plans to achieve business objectives
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to use productivity tools such as Outlook, Gmail, Teams, Calendar, One Drive, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

Salary and Benefits

• Good salary package (Range: Rs.18-40 Thousand/month) according to the experience.
