One of our client which is into Real Estate is looking for :
Sales Manager
Job Location : - Palghar
Job Profile :
1. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale, Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
2. Target Achiever. Cold calling to arrange meetings with customers to prospect new business.
3. Handling sales, channel sales for selling the Companies projects in various communities in market.
Regularly conducting the corporate shows, marketing activities, banking activities for improving the sales in particular project and supporting CRM
4. Should be able to achieve the monthly sales targets and helps in company's profitability
Conduct business in such a manner that the brand value of the company is enhanced
5. Introduce new methods to enhance sales of flats
6. Developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract with brokers and media partners for sales operation
Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements
Educational Qualification : Any.
Work Experience : Candidate should have minimum 5 Years of relevant work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
