- Handled multiple projects.
- Proven track record working in Thane or Central market.
- Understand client requirement and offer a suitable \'Real Estate\' product.
- Meet prospective clients & arrange their site visits (daily & weekly basis).
- Negotiate, close deals & enhance the company revenues.
- Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures
- Experience in sourcing as well as closing.
