Generating client leads sell a property
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships
Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching
Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.
Supporting and helping build successful agents
Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning
Showing properties to potential buyers and renters
Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting
Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly
Staying informed on real estate industry
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
To ensure all sites mapped to the associate meet the sales targeted from NRI markets
To participate in international property exhibitions/events
To ensure constantly improving relationship experience with channel partners
To ensure proper Lead Management & Follow-ups
