One of our prestigious client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a background in real estate to join one of our esteemed client's team as a Sales Manager for Properties in Domestic and International. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling high-end living properties in Domestic and International, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the growth of our reputed client.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for high-end properties in Domestic and International.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Execute sales plans to achieve and exceed set targets.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, leveraging a background in real estate for the sale of properties in Domestic and International.
• Provide personalized service to clients, addressing their unique needs and preferences.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Property Knowledge
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of properties, including features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings.
• Conduct property tours for potential buyers, highlighting key selling points.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Networking and Outreach
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote client properties in Domestic and International to HNIs.
• Collaborate with industry professionals and influencers to expand the client base.
• Utilize existing networks and establish new connections to drive sales.
Customized Sales Approach
• Understand the diverse needs of potential clients and customize sales approaches accordingly.
• Provide expert advice on the suitability of properties based on individual requirements.
• Tailor presentations and proposals to address specific client expectations.
Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and streamlined sales process.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather insights and enhance sales strategies.
Documentation and Compliance
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all sales activities.
• Adhere to legal and compliance standards in all sales transactions.
Reporting and Analysis
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

Training and Development

Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 to 6+ years of sales experience in the hospitality or real estate industry, with a focus on high-end properties or contacts with HNIs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentation: Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of properties in Domestic and International.
