Job Description


Manage sales operation and coordinate with site sales team to achieve sales target and keep records of sales associates productivity. Report on sales activities to top management Keep records of sales associates productivity Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills in a strong customer service environment. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Develop effective training programs that teach sales associates how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale. Interpret and communicate overall organizational purpose, critical measures, strategies, and progress as it relates to the department and individual team member goals and success. Provide broad-based recognition by recognizing positive behaviors, achievements, and results exhibited by team members across the organization in a consistent and professional manner. Review and communicate performance standards and expectations of team members as often as necessary to ensure accountability and effective execution. Provide open and transparent communication with team members and departments across the organization. Compiling and analyzing sales figures Collecting customer feedback and market research Good command of the English language is a must and Excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of fundamental deposit and loan concepts and practices preferred.
