Job Description

Good sales professionals will be required to communicate and explain the ongoing projects to leads, attend walk-ins & work towards converting enquiries into bookings.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for sales calling and site visit executions, Negotiations, and Converting the Prospective Leads into Bookings i.e. Deal Closing.
• Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
• Generating leads via innovative marketing strategies & following up with existing leads.
• Schedule and conduct daily/weekly site visits for the assign project to achieve client meetings and targets
• Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
• Report on sales activities to senior management
• Achieving the sales target and goals set by the management.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Candidates from Real Estate / Insurance / Financial Services industry will be preferred.
• Growing Our Channel Partner Network and Increasing Engagement with Existing Network.
• Maximizing Sales Conversion Ratios
• Achieving High Levels of Customer Satisfaction through Excellent Sales Service
• Reporting on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Sales in the real estate or Luxury or Hospitality sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
