Role and Responsibilities:
• Channel Partner (CP) Management
Real estate sales managers play a crucial role in motivating and managing their CPs to facilitate successful sales. They establish and track goals on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis through regular meetings with CPs. Additionally, they conduct team gatherings, providing guidance and incentives to ensure goal achievement.
• Sales Staff Training
Sales managers are tasked with designing and implementing training programs aimed at equipping the sales team with essential skills such as customer acquisition, real estate deal negotiation, financing acquisition, and accurate completion of sales documentation.
• Client Relationship Maintenance
Maintaining strong relationships with recurring clients is vital for real estate sales managers. By nurturing these connections, they ensure client satisfaction, foster repeat business, and encourage referrals for future opportunities.

Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month
