Experience: Minimum 5 years in Pre-Sales and Sales Closing within the Real Estate industry Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Sales Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge and experience in pre-sales activities within the real estate sector to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Sales Closing: Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless transitions through each stage.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate with sales associates to optimize team performance. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
  • Sales Associate Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies to address areas of improvement.
  • Travel and Mobility: Possess a valid driver\'s license, as a bike is mandatory for commuting. Be open to frequent travel to various locations as required for business meetings, property visits, and team coordination.
