Position Summary: Marble Center is seeking a Sales Manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Job Duties (Other Duties as Assigned): Sales Manager informs others about company products and services and acts as the point of contact the company provides for new clients and their assigned existing clients. Perform targeting exercises and develop deep human insights to inform ways in which marble center can connect with new audiences. Challenge and inspire teams to think differently. Provide thought leadership in the following areas: consumer behavior, accountability and measurement. Bring forward opportunistic ideas proactively to take advantage of new technologies, launches, pop-culture and current events in real-time. Follow business development process guidelines and track work with project management tools and contribute to process improvements. Set targets & execute: timelines for growth & finalization of deals with key initiatives. Craft measurement plan that incorporates goals and KPIs across paid, owned and earned. Stay up-to-date on tools, platforms, products and industry trends. Collaborate on and execute creative presentation briefs along with internal team, clients, various departments and stakeholders. Present creative strategies/concepts while integrating feedback from stakeholders. Multitask and juggle multiple projects with various objectives, timelines, and creative. Contribute to a consistent customer service standard across all departments. Work to ensure customer service is ingrained at the core of the Marketing + Sales team Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certifications): 2-3 years in stone industry, hospitality and aviation ideally Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or a combination of education and work experience. Deep understanding of the developing business tactics with new leads. Ability to think strategically (not just tactically). Excellent written and verbal communication & storytelling skills; Commercially minded; belief in the power of brands. Ability to work independently on a project or in a team environment. A creative approach eye that understands design trends and best practices. Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines and being able to work under tight timelines. Ability to balance being part of a team while taking responsibility for driving deals from start to finish with minimal supervision. Requirements (Skills & Benefits): Should have their own vehicle and Ready to travel within the radius of 150km with valid driving license. Pleasing Personality and Abundant Confidence for finalization of deals. Can relocate if needed.
