Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager at Goyal Hyundai, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance of our showroom. You will manage the sales team, provide guidance and training, and ensure that customers have a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining the reputation of the dealership and ensuring the continued growth of sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing sales strategies: Creating and implementing plans to achieve company goals
• Leading the sales team: Motivating and managing the sales team to perform well
• Building relationships: Fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Identifying business opportunities: Finding new and existing business opportunities
• Monitoring trends: Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborating with other departments: Working with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
• Optimizing sales processes: Continuously improving sales processes and channels
• Driving cross-functional collaboration: Working across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Financial management: Responsible for sales forecasting and effective financial management reporting
• Securing and training sales personnel: Making sure the sales department has the right people and training
• Creating a departmental strategy plan: Developing a plan to meet the department's sales goals and customer expectations
