Sales Manager Delhi NCR/PuneOverview: As a Regional Sales Manager for engineering products in India, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives and driving revenue growth within your assigned region. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key customers, and oversee a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop product offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction.Reporting to:Assigned PersonnelPosition Based at:PuneKey Roles &Responsibilities:The Manager - Sales & Marketing must fulfill the assigned responsibilities and follow the direction of his immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Companys Procedure, Policies, HSE Standards and Quality Management System.The operational responsibilities of this position include:\xc2\xb7 Should have knowledge of .. industry of West India (Maharastra and Gujrat)/North India.\xc2\xb7Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and penetrate new markets within the assigned region in India.\xc2\xb7Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region\xc2\xb7Excellent products presentations skills,\xc2\xb7Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners to promote the company's engineering products and solutions.\xc2\xb7Lead, mentor, motivate a team of sales engineers/intern, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and meet sales objectives.\xc2\xb7Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners to maximize profitability\xc2\xb7Identify and pursue sales opportunities in various industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure, automotive, and energy, leveraging market insights and customer needs analysis.\xc2\xb7Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive strengths, and provide feedback to the management/ operations team.\xc2\xb7Work for specifications with consultants/client, Product approvals, Provide Product trials & demo.\xc2\xb7Increase brand market share in the assigned territory with committed timeline.\xc2\xb7Managing the business of sales & marketing activity including order execution, monitoring deliveries, and bridge the communication between client and operation team.\xc2\xb7Adhere to the timelines issued by reporting manager/Management.In addition to the above, the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her Manager.Accountabilities:\xc2\xb7Assigned Market & competition Analysis, must report on timely basis.\xc2\xb7Meets established sales budget (revenue, margins) goals from assigned territory.\xc2\xb7Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.\xc2\xb7Provide Inputs on customer expectation, competitive intelligence, industry information and report to management on timely basis.\xc2\xb7Weekly sales reporting.Eligibility:\xc2\xb7Must be less than 40 years of age.\xc2\xb7Minimum 8-10 years of experience in similar field.\xc2\xb7Proven track records.\xc2\xb7Experience in working with team.\xc2\xb7Bachelors of engineering with MBA shall be preferred though not a constraint for deserving candidates.Salary & perks\xc2\xb7As per industry standards with other perks & benefits with incentive plan.Linguistic Skills:\xc2\xb7Fluent English\xc2\xb7Ability to communicate in regional language as per the working locale / region is preferredSoftware Skills:ERP, MS OfficeBehavioral Competencies:\xc2\xb7Presentation Skills\xc2\xb7 Communication \xc2\xb7 Negotiating skill \xc2\xb7 Customer Service \xc2\xb7 Follow Up
