Also reports on potential markets needing coverage\xc3\x98 Prepares and maintain on-line, updated relevant documentation, records formats and MIS for easy referencing and retrievability\xc3\x98 Assists in maintaining on-line updated directory, facilities information, competition information and MIS\xc3\x98 Co-ordinates and ensures the efficient operation of F&B functions, Guest stays to ensure revenue maximization and customer satisfaction\xc3\x98 Maintains close contact with guests and market, earns goodwill and recommends modifications of product, services, amenities based on analysis of feedback\xc3\x98 Responsible for follow-up on all customer complaints\xc3\x98 Assists in the development and preparation of the Sales & Marketing plan and sales budget\xc3\x98 Assists in F&B promotion and special promotional activity\xc3\x98 Organizes PR activity, to ensure goodwill and effective market penetration, within corporate guidelines\xc3\x98 Attends cross department training specially in Front Office and Food & Beverage\xc3\x98 Attends behavioral and vocational training in own and related work areas to enhance skills develop multi functionality\xc3\x98 Is updated with the latest marketing trend
