Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the sports industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the sports market, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
2.Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with product development teams to tailor offerings accordingly.
3.Sales Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions to ensure continuous sales growth.
4.Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the sales department budget effectively.
• Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while maximizing revenue.
5.Market Expansion:
• Explore and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
• Drive the expansion of our brand in both existing and emerging markets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the sports industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the sports market, trends, and customer preferences.
• Ability to travel as needed.
