Job Title: Sales Manager

Role Definition:

The Sales Manager at SasteGhar.com is responsible for closing sales by engaging with prospective clients and generating revenue for the company.

Responsibility Deliverables:

1. Lead generation

2. Meeting clients

3. Site visits

4. Sales closure

5. Keeping updated on market trends

6. Developing necessary competency domain skills for growth to become Senior Sales Manager.

Tasks & Activities:

1. Lead Generation:

- Fetching leads from online portals

- Building nurturing relationships with existing clients for generating references

- Participating in road shows

2. Sales:

- Meeting 2 prospects a day for need analysis

- Timely follow-ups with prospective clients

- Converting meetings into site visits at least 4 times per week

- Converting at least 1 prospect into a client per month

3. Client Service:

- Maintaining client profile/history details in the CRM

- Bridging between operations and clients for after-sales service

- Updating investors about latest trends and projects

4. Self-Development:

- Visiting 2 new projects monthly to enhance knowledge

- Enhancing presentation skills

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport with clients

- Proficiency in CRM software

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,772.63 - ?34,703.94 per month

Work Location: In person
