We are an expanding retail chain with two successful stores in Chandigarh and an exciting third venture in Panchkula. Our mission is to provide quality products and exceptional customer service, and we are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Counter Sales Manager to manage our new outlet.

### Key Responsibilities

- Sales Management:

- Handle customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Drive sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Store Operations:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate stock reports and monitor stock levels.

- Coordinate with the central stock team for timely replenishment.

- Accounts and Reporting:

- Record daily sales transactions.

- Maintain basic accounts and ensure cash handling accuracy.

- Team Development:

- Initially manage the store independently.

- Collaborate with the secondary assistant when provided as the store grows.

### Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in retail sales or store management.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Basic knowledge of inventory and account management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
