Responsibilities:
  • Lead Conversion: Convert leads into successful deals by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Monthly Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
  • Sales Training: Train the sales team and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Market Research: Research competitive companies and market trends.
  • Budget Analysis: Examine company budgets related to sales activities.
  • Sales Evaluation Reports: Create comprehensive sales evaluation reports using collected data.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum graduate degree; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 3-4+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Sales Records: Provide evidence of past sales achievements.
