:Black & Grey HR is currently collaborating with a prestigious ultra luxury real estate project in Gurgaon, Haryana to identify a dynamic Sales Manager to fortify their sales team, contributing to the project\'s triumph in the fiercely competitive real estate landscape.- Devising and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve ambitious sales targets and broaden the client base for the ultra luxury real estate project.- Galvanizing, guiding, and mentoring the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional performance and drive productivity.- Conducting comprehensive market analyses to pinpoint lucrative client prospects and unearth untapped business opportunities.- Cultivating enduring relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and key stakeholders to fortify the project\'s market presence.- Overseeing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and unforgettable customer journey.- Crafting compelling sales pitches, proposals, contracts, and presentations to captivate and convert prospective clients.- Scrutinizing sales metrics and market trends meticulously to gauge progress, identify strategic openings, and make well-informed decisions.- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to conceive and execute innovative promotional campaigns and strategies.- Remaining abreast of market dynamics, competitor maneuvers, and industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.- Serving as the project\'s ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to amplify brand visibility and drive lead generation.Requirements- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
