This is a full-time, senior position requiring 7 to 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Real Estate industry and possess essential sales strategy skills.Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience of 7-10 years in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales strategies and techniques (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market and trends (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, for internal and external interactions.
  • Problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise in the sales process.
  • Proficiency in sourcing potential leads and closing high-value real estate transactions.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure that all team members are meeting their goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
