We have an immediate opening for a Sales Manager - Education / Retail Loan (PL, BL, ML, GL, Credit Cards, VL, Auto Loans, etc.) across multiple locations!Designation: Sales Manager - Team Handling Role (NBFC, banking, Financial Serviceses)Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Nagpur,Hyderabad. Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, Kolhapur, Cochin, Dehradun, Chandigarh,Chennai.Madurai.Experience: 2-10 YearsWork Mode: OnsiteNotice Period: Immediate/30/60 DaysSkills Required:1. Good communication skills in the English language.2. The sale of education and retail loans.3. Team-handling experience.:The sales manager will lead a team of 1 to 3 off-roll sales executives and will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing the performance of the sales executives and achieving the month-on-month disbursement targets.Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Revenue Generation through New Customer acquisition for Education Loans for Studies Overseas and in India.2. Supervision & control for coordination of House Visits for self/team and assignment of leads to individual Loan officers.3. Visiting/meeting students along with their parents and addressing their queries with the education loan offerings and process clarity, as well as the concept sales, and also supporting the loan officers in their respective client visits effectively.4. Meet the assigned channel partners on a regular basis and generate leads and referrals for new business acquisitions.5. Coordination and assistance for the processes of lead generation to login, login to sanction, sanction to disbursement, and post-sales service.6. Deliver quality customer service and generate referrals from existing customers. Liaise with cross-functional teams, i.e., credit, operations, service, legal, etc., and ensure the documentary requirements are complied with\xe2\x80\xafand seamless service gets delivered to the acquired customers.7. Collaborate with the assigned Channel partners to conduct College seminars, consultant events, web-based seminars, etc.8. Understand the value proposition gaps in the assigned business relationships and suggest possible modifications.9. Cross-selling of allied products, i.e. Foreign exchange, insurance, and collection of Processing Charges.10.
