What can you expect in this role:Teads India is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to be based in Mumbai. This role will proactively introduce Tead\'s solutions to media agency partners and drive revenue growth through our products and services.Reporting to the Sales Director, you will drive opportunities for growth in the region by expanding services across the holding companies and independents, whilst ensuring the delivery of superior client service and results. As such, understanding how both agencies and the platforms work is a must.
  • Expand Tead\'s footprint with strategic agencies and brands
  • Manage business opportunities pipeline to meet quarterly and annual objectives and KPIs
  • Navigate and build relationships across the complex structure (Trading, client leadership teams, data science, tech, CEOs) of the agencies, establishing foundational education of Tead\'s solutions
  • Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities once onboarded
  • Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the value proposition of the platform, as well as the existing and future needs of new prospects and existing customers
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting
  • Partner with internal collaborators including, but not limited to, product/customer marketing, customer success, subject matter experts, technical solutions engineers, and the people/operations teams to ensure operational excellence
About You:
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience of prospecting to media agencies and delivering success
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and programmatic is a must
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections with major advertising agencies
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving and tracking technologies
  • Proven track record of winning large accounts
  • A team player with the ability to learn quickly and a self-motivated starter.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams
