We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our solar system sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for renewable energy, and a proven track record of managing and growing sales within the solar energy sector. This role will involve driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the solar sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and product awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals with commercial and residential customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Provide training and support to sales staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the latest solar products and technologies.
• Collaborate with the installation and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and stay up-to-date with the latest solar energy developments.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
