•Job Summary : • Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager / Sr. Manager - Operations, to manage quotations, travel bookings, hotel reservations, sightseeing, transfers, ticketing, tour coordination, ground operations, quality delivery of services and customer support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Candidate should possess strong negotiation and contracting skills, with extensive knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages, along with a service-oriented approach and multi-tasking abilities, especially for group bookings. Should provide guidance to the operations team, address customer feedbacks and vendor issues, think clearly in emergencies, to ensure every tour run smoothly as per schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and optimize operational processes related to holiday packages, flight bookings, visa assistance, passport services, and forex. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by resolving any operational issues promptly and effectively. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
Group Bookings : Responsible for organizing and monitoring all aspects of group travel, from itinerary planning to on-site support, ensuring that all logistical details are meticulously managed. Oversee the coordination and management of group bookings to ensuring seamless travel experiences for large groups. This includes liaising with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure optimal rates and arrangements. Addressing any issues that may arise during the trip promptly and efficiently, guaranteeing a smooth and enjoyable experience for all group travellers.
Supplier and Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and prices. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality. Utilize technology and software to streamline operations.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management. Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
