We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to join our Motor Agency channel in Ahmedabad. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, drive business growth, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in motor insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage an effective agency channel in your territory.
• Drive sales and business development of motor insurance products.
• Form strategic alliances and partnerships with various channel partners.
• Maintain a balance between sales targets and claims management.
• Analyze motor insurance business potential and market trends.
• Organize product training programs and awareness sessions for the team.
• Achieve overall sales targets set for the team.
• Execute innovative sales promotional activities.
• NEW : Implement customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in motor agency.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong background in general or motor insurance agency.
• Local candidates preferred.
• NEW : Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
