Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager Modern Trade, based in Delhi, who will be responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of modern trade clients across channels, maximizing sales and implementing innovative strategies.

Reporting to the Director, the role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding and experience of the fast-paced modern retail industry in India.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in modern retail sales, with a proven track record of success and contributing to company growth (Must be from the beauty industry)

Excellent understanding of the modern trade landscape and market trends Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

Sound knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, account planning and competitor analysis Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

A self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

Pay: ?241,977.32 - ?500,000.00 per year
