We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales and experience with UL cables and wires. The role will focus on driving sales, expanding customer relationships, and overseeing the development of sales strategies in the Pune region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage field sales activities in Pune and surrounding areas.
• Identify and target new business opportunities for UL cables and wires.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets and report on performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
• Provide feedback and market insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in field sales, particularly within the cables and wires industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UL cables and wires.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Must be located in Pune or willing to relocate.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
