Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

INDUSTRY: BOOK DIVISON/EDUCATION

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

? Develop and implement effective sales strategies for selling training materials.

? Identify target markets and key accounts, creating plans to drive growth.

? Set and monitor team performance metrics, including sales targets and KPIs.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

? Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and training organizations.

? Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.

Market Research & Product Knowledge:

? Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands for training materials.

? Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to optimize offerings.

? Provide insights on customer feedback to help improve product offerings.

Reporting & Analysis:

? Track sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports to National Head.

? Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

? Proven track record in sales.

? Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or related field.

? Good communication and negotiation skills.

? Strong Managerial abilities and experience in relationship.

? Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

? Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance metrics.

? Ability to travel for client meetings and conferences as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
