Job Opportunity: Sales Executive (Residential/Commercial Property)
We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on selling residential properties to individual clients and investors. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, managing leads, conducting site visits, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have excellent negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to travel across the city.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in real estate/Insurance Sales experience is must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English)
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
