Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement : Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understand their needs, and recommend jewellery pieces that match their preferences and budget.
• Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with the latest jewellery trends, collections, and industry developments to provide customers with expert advice.
• Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by driving customer sales and upselling additional products or services.
• Customer Relationship Building : Build long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized service, following up on inquiries, and inviting them to exclusive sales or events.
• Inventory Management : Ensure the jewellery display is well-organized and the stock is accurately tracked. Assist in stock-taking and replenishment as required.
• Store Presentation : Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor that showcases the jewellery in a visually appealing manner.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate sales records, complete sales transactions, and assist in generating sales reports.
• Promotions and Events : Participate in store promotions, events, and seasonal sales initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales volume.
• Handling Transactions : Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Customer Service Excellence : Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
• Upselling & Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell complementary jewellery or related products to increase average transaction value.
• Product Care : Demonstrate proper care, cleaning, and maintenance of jewellery pieces to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
