Job description & requirements
Manage sales executives & further guide them to generate sales
Constant review and negotiation of pricing with targeted accounts to maximize product realization
Ensure collection of payments and statutory documents from targeted accounts by due dates
Resolve all customer queries on product quality / technical specifications, production, supplies and pricing
Prepare and finalize annual business plans & cost sheets for accounts
Submit MIS reports by due dates
Constant follow up with the supply chain and production team in order to ensure the product meets the client specifications and delivery schedule
Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
Must have experience & knowledge of process equipment like, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, chemical reactors etc
Strong conceptual understanding of sales, key account management, CRM concepts, trends, best practices, pricing strategies and techniques
Strong negotiations and relationship management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Deep data analysis, planning and forecasting skills
Strong problem solving skills

Pay: ?58,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per year
