Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: Upto 12LPA
: As the Sales Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy, particularly focusing on expanding our client base and revenue streams. You will be responsible for leading the business development team, developing key relationships with potential clients, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Developing relationships with top corporates, CXO's and business owners who could be
potential tenants for commercial properties.
2) Lead and execute transactions to ensure a smooth closure.
3) Understanding corporates/individuals leasing goals and proposing them appropriate
opportunities.
4) Sourcing properties fitting client requirements from real estate developers, channel partners
and landlords.
5) Meeting clients and assisting them in property visits.
6) Negotiating, closing deals and taking care of the post sales process for tenants.
7) Strategizing organic ways to attract corporates and individuals to fulfill leasing requirements
with Brantford
8) Leading a team of relationship managers and helping them close transactions.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree
preferred.
? Self-starter, resourceful, confident, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and
detail-oriented
? Passion, integrity, critical thinking and analytical skills, agility and flexibility, and a continuous
learning mindset
? Excellent organization skills, the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to
deadlines
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable the development of good relationships
with both clients and colleagues with Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
? Deep understanding of the IPC sector, including key players, trends, and challenges.
? Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Pay: ?1,100,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
