BACKROUND
Under the responsibility of the Sales Director & General Manager India, you develop the turnover on your client portfolio by applying your technical skills in a versatile approach to prospecting and managing client accounts and relationship. You deploy marketing campaigns to your customers on new products and services, and you obtain the best output in customer satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your missions are the following
+ Develop Customer Relationship to grow business in the region
+ Visiting customers to identify potential opportunities
+ Participate in Tenders, Respond to RFQ / RFP and reach objectives of incoming order
+ Participate to trade exhibitions and customer events
+ Develop strategy to increase market penetration and improving customer satisfaction
+ Successfully close the deals with negotiating with customers
+ Routinely, interact with key customers and clients to seek feedback and, engage with them consistently
+ Drive and ensure periodic sales performance and target setting and planning to empower Sales to achieve key Sales metrics and objectives
- Define the Sales Annual Plan for the region and derive the execution plan to achieve the goals -Submit periodic reports on potential opportunities, Sales Forecast, Campaign conversions etc.
PROFILE
You hold a degree in Aviation /Mechanical engineering. You are a self-motivated leader, a great communicator with cheerful personality. You have strong listening skills and you are eager to learn new competence. You are ambitious about business expansion, and thrive to achieve business goals You possess experience of 5 years in Aviation AIRLINES/MRO, INDIA. You enjoy customer service and getting concrete results in the field. You speak English fluently. Speaking Hindi would be added advantage.
